Fluicon Valves has obtained the CE marking according to Pressure Equipment Directive (97/23/EC) Annex II, Module H.

The certificate has been issued by the Notified Body TUV SUD, Germany and covers the complete manufacturing range of Fluicon Valves.

CE marking is a compulsory requirement for products supplied within the European Union.

Fluicon Valves, as part of OMB Valves Group, has received the Certificate of Qualification in the Achilles Joint Qualification System.

The Achilles JQS is used by 36 oil companies and main contractors on the Norwegian and Danish continental shelves, in addition to a number of smaller businesses. The objective of the participating companies is to establish the majority of bidder lists by use of the qualification system.

OMB Valves has been qualified for several product categories, including product code 2.2.9 - Butterfly Valves for which Fluicon is the trade name and manufacturing plant.

Fluicon Valves has successfully achieved the certification of its Quality System in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.

The certificate has been issued  by the italian branch of TUV Sud for the Design, manufacture, inspection and testing of triple offset metal seated manual and actuated valves in Carbon, Alloy and Stainless Steel, Duplex, Superduplex, 254SMO, aluminium-bronze and special alloys.
